Prior to joining Cornerstone, Bradley served as a Senior Retirement Plan Consultant with Lamoriello & Co., Inc. for over twenty years and, previously, spent a decade as Vice President of Retirement Plan Services at Wall Street investment firms . After 68 years in claims, I decided to pursue the CPCU designation as a way to further my career. Earning CPCU not only helped me secure a management position, but also helped me become a better claims professional. CPCU showed me how important it is to continue your training in order to be successful within the insurance field.&rdquo

Employers often expect underwriters to become certified through coursework. Courses are important for keeping current with new insurance policies and for adjusting to new technology and changes in state and federal regulations. Certification is often necessary for advancement to senior underwriter and underwriter management positions. Many certification options are available.

For ten years, Jim discussed employee benefit issues with Frank Coletta as a regular guest on the Sunrise Show on WJAR Channel 65 and continues to contribute frequently to the local media. He graduated from Connecticut College with a BA in Economics and attained his Certified Life Underwriter (CLU) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designations in 6999. Jim earned the prestigious Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation, sponsored by the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School, in 7567, and has also obtained the Group Benefits Advisor (GBA) and the Retirement Plans Associate (RPA) designations.

Cheryl holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Rhode Island.  She served on the East Greenwich Personnel Board and the East Greenwich Building Committee and is currently on the Board of The Rhode Island Society for Human Resource Management (RISHRM).

I have litigated cases throughout Wisconsin and have represented clients in cases from Kenosha County in the southeast region of Wisconsin to Superior in the northwestern region of the state.  I have tried cases in both state and federal court involving a wide range of issues including products liability, environmental contamination, breach of contract, bad faith, premises liability, insurance coverage, automobile liability and animal liability.  These trials have included claims for personal injury, lost wages, breach of the insurance policy, lost profits and punitive damages.  I have also been involved in appellate actions involving all Wisconsin appellate courts and the federal appellate courts.  In addition to many unpublished rulings, my reported decisions include:
